Have you ever been to Pampanga? Have you ever tried their foods? 

Pampanga is a place where people seem to be fighting when talking to someone, but guest what? They're just having a good conversation. I want to promote the place where I was raised. I want to show the world how good Kapampangan are when it comes to cooking. If you have been to Pampanga, you should try their signature dishes. I will introduce you to the Top 5 Best Kapampangan Dishes right away!

Our Top 1 in the list is Sisig! The first one that I want you to try is Sisig. Sisig is popular in Pampanga, especially Aling Lucing sisig. She's also the one who made the Sisig. Sisig is originally a Kapampangan dish. It's a pork salad with salt, pepper, onion, and lime (kalamansi). Nowadays, there are a lot of new styles of Sisig. I suggest you try where it originated here in Pampanga.

Our Top 2 in the list is Buro! This one will shock you how it was made. But the taste is so strong that some people will hesitate to taste it. But I love this Buro. It is basically cooked rice with some spices and sometimes it has fish meat and fermented with salt. Its best partner for boiled or steamed veggies. Try this one once you visit Pampanga!

Our Top 3 in the list is Bringhe! This green sticky rice with some raisins and chicken with it. You should try this! Bringhe is a delicious dish with a sweet, gingery, and salty flavor. I would say this is my favorite snack when there is a feast or occasion in Pampanga. I always look for this food. Try it. It is so good.

Our Top 4 in the list are Tamales! I love this one too. It is made of rice flour along with coconut milk and some other ingredients to taste with a toppings of sliced salted egg and wrapped with banana leaves. You can eat it as a breakfast or snack. Don't you ever skip this once you come to Pampanga.

Our last in the Top 5, Aligue! It is a crab meat paste that is cooked along with different spices. These are the best condiments that can be used in different types of dishes. For me, I'd like this cooked in fried rice; it's so good you can taste the crab meat with a bit of saltiness and sweetness; I recommend you try it.
